OF CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF KRASNODAR REGION

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Krasnodar Region represents interests of entrepreneurs, supports business development, inclusive of small and medium-size businesses, and stimulates raising of competitive capacity of produce manufactured by enterprises of Krasnodar Region and its promotion in the internal and foreign markets.

Each and every entrepreneur in any corner of the Region shall be provided high-quality services required by their activity in the present-day market.

The Chamber has been established by entrepreneurs and for entrepreneurs.

The Management pursues the policy in the field of quality aimed at enhanced satisfaction of Clients and Partners at the expense of permanent improvement of quality of rendered services and the effort to exceed their expectations.

We view improvement of quality as a major means to ensure development, economic well-being and prosperity of our organization as a whole and of each employee individually.  

Use of effective methods of activity makes basis for fulfillment of the set requirements at optimal costs.  

Every employee knows and understands importance of work executed by him/her personally, which influences the quality of services rendered, and is interested in further training, realization of his/her abilities, knowledge and skills. In its turn the Management of the Chamber covenants to create favorable conditions of work and provide for the required resources. 

CCI Management bears responsibility for implementation of the Policy in the field of quality, and covenants to keep it working and improve on a permanent basis the system of quality management meeting the requirements of IS ISO 9001:2000 and expand its application over all fields of activity related to company management.
